Your journey begins at one of our plants located across Europe, where you’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects. From France to Croatia and beyond, each location offers a unique environment to kickstart your career.
Program Overview
3-Month Local Onboarding
Begin with an in-depth 3-month introduction to our products and processes, starting in one of our key European locations. This phase provides you with the foundational knowledge and network needed to excel.
6-Month Central Onboarding
Continue with an in-depth 6-month introduction to our products and processes from a Central perspective: 3 months in Belgium (where our HQ is located) and 3 months in Slovenia. This stage equips you with the Central knowledge and connections to thrive.
15-Month Project Assignment
Next, go back to your initial designated plant for 15 months, where you’ll take on projects within our process and quality team. This hands-on experience is designed to deepen your skills and make a real impact on our operations.
Permanent Position
After completing this 24-month program, you’ll move into a permanent position with Knauf Insulation, taking on a technical local role where you can continue your career growth and contribute to our company’s success.

Initial call
Your journey begins with a friendly conversation with our HR team to get to know you better and discuss your background.
First Interview (ITV1)
Meet with our Industrial Performance Team to dive deeper into your skills and how they align with the role.
Second Interview (ITV2)
A focused discussion with our Industrial Performance Director to explore your potential impact on our team.
Final Stage in Belgium (HQ)
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our headquarters in Visé (Belgium) for an engaging two-day experience in April. This includes an evening dinner with the Knauf Team, followed by interactive assessment days designed to showcase your abilities and fit within our culture.
Decision & Contracting
The final decision will be taken after the assessment days and will be communicated to you. If positive, local contract will be sent to you in the following days.
Start Date
Welcome to Knauf Insulation ! Your first day in the plant, meeting your new colleagues, will take place the first Monday of September.

Additionally, three months into the program, you will travel to the company’s headquarters in Belgium, where you will have the chance to meet and interact with the department's directors of the Knauf Insulation group.
