This program creates a new generation of Knauf Insulation engineers that are versatile — trained and equipped to work in any area the business requires. From the beginning, these multi-functional engineers are trained to handle different projects, motivated to move and work in challenging conditions in different locations.

Program Overview
6-Month Induction
Begin with an in-depth 6-month introduction to our products and processes, starting in Belgium and continuing at one of our key European locations. This phase provides you with the foundational knowledge and network needed to excel.
18-Month Project Assignment
Next, spend 18 months working directly in our Visé plant, where you’ll take on a variety of projects within our process and quality teams. This hands-on experience is designed to deepen your skills and make a real impact on our operations.
Permanent Position
After completing this 24-month program, you’ll move into a permanent position with Knauf Insulation, taking on a technical local role where you can continue your career growth and contribute to our company’s success.
