The expansion of the Industrial Performance Department means we are now looking to recruit a new Product Certification & Product Transfer Manager in Visé (BE), reporting to the Industrial Quality Excellence Director.

As a Product Certification & Product Transfer Manager, you'd be managing the product certification process ensuring that the products comply with the Group's product standards in order to guarantee the quality of the plants and the Group's excellence. You’d also manage the product transfer process, working closely with receiving plants to prepare and perform the trials needed to validate product quality of the products to be transferred.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the entire product certification process, including testing, audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards (e.g., COCOP, voluntary certifications).
- Monitor and Maintain Compliance: Track trends, legislation, and regulations; ensure all certificates are valid, up-to-date, and properly stored in the DMS.
- Support Plants and Teams: Assist Process and Quality Managers in certification tasks, including product transfers, type testing, and data collection for DOP creation.
- Liaise with Certification Bodies: Maintain strong relationships with certification institutes and ensure smooth communication for updates and approvals.
- Promote Best Practices and Training: Facilitate knowledge sharing between plants and provide training for P&Q and laboratory employees on certification and testing processes.
- Manage Product Transfer Process

What we'd love for you to have:
- BAC+3
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager/Engineer in a related industry (construction materials, automotive or aviation are relevant for this role)
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Knowledge of German
