The expansion of the Controlling Department means we are now looking to recruit a new Senior Corporate Controller in Visé (BEL) and reporting to the Head of Group Reporting & Controller.

As a Senior Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for the Controlling of the Central Functions of Knauf Insulation. You will be leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance. Beyond the numbers, you’ll have the opportunity to improve the business processes in your area of responsibility.
What you’ll be doing:
- Participate actively in Financial Closing and global analysis activities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and various stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Process and prepare financial and operational data in an effective way
- Monitor performance indicators, highlight trends and analyze variances
- Work closely with the local controllers to analyze the Knauf Insulation financial performance
- Develop financial models and analyses for various strategic initiatives
- Ensure the integrity of financial data by maintaining and improving internal controls and processes
- Utilize advanced tools such as SAP, SAP-BW, Tableau or Excel to develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders

What we’d love for you to have:
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- A Master degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven skills in storytelling to convey financial information in an understandable way
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage parallel workstreams
- High standards of accuracy and precision
- Strong analytical skills and data literacy
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and databases for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to engage, influence and partner with your stakeholders
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Hands-on experience with SAP and SAP BW
- Expertise in Accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
