My name is Vanessa Polese. I am 42 years old and I have the chance to be part of the Customer Service Team working for France but based in Belgium.

What do you prefer in your job?
What I really like is the sharing part with my clients which have become, after 5 years, more than just customers. They don't need me but I am their internal contact at Knauf Insulation and it's important for them.
When a customer is happy, I am happy. And the image of Knauf is beautiful.

What are the qualities to succeed in your job?
It's a stressful job, not every day, but often.
You have to know how to hold a conversation with your client, establish a strong link, even if he calls angry and distraught, I always manage to get through it. I say: "Don't worry, I will find a solution for you. You can count on me. You know that I always find a solution for you."

Why do you like working at Knauf Insulation?
Knauf is an empire, everyone knows that. Economically, globally, it is a strong player on the market.
Knauf's priority is safety and the well-being of its employees, of its workers and you can feel it.
For me it is a pride to work at Knauf. This is a luxury brand and I am proud when I say I work at Knauf.
