The Industrial Performance Department will launch soon its 2027 edition of the Knauf Insulation Industrial Graduate Programme. This 24-month graduate programme will allow you to rotate across various locations and plants in Europe. The Industrial Graduate Programme is a hands-on opportunity within the Industrial Performance team, focusing on improving processes, troubleshooting production issues, and enhancing quality and efficiency. This position is designed to provide structured growth opportunities, international mobility, and the chance to then take a permanent opportunity and build a global career in a purpose-driven, innovation-led environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Each day brings new challenges and learning: one day, you might be collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve a process; the next, you’re troubleshooting in a given plant, directly impacting quality and efficiency.

More specifically, you will:

• Support teams managing small and larger projects.

• Gain practical experience and learning opportunities throughout the program.

• Communicate with a range of different people and teams.

• Take an active part in your programme and your own professional development.

• Follow the international traineeships and continuously develop in the trainings.

• Integrate and promote the Knauf Insulation culture and values.

• Create your own professional network.

This is a 24-month programme starting in September 2027. It requires a willingness to travel and be located in various locations in Europe: you will be assigned to a specific plant in Europe where you will spend 18 months of the programme, there will be a 6-month induction dedicated to build central connections and knowledge in Belgium and Slovenia.

We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviours and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you.

What we’d love for you to have:

• You will be graduating in 2026/2027 with a Masters in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electromechanical).

• You have internship experience in a manufacturing or production environment or manufacturing-related experience as part of school projects or student job.

• You are fluent in English, additional European language is a plus (and might be required for specific locations).

Your personality and attitude are key:

• You are flexible and adaptable to relocate in international environments for shorter or longer periods of time.

• You are not afraid to travel and you are resourceful.

• You are open-minded and you want to learn continuously.

• You have entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving skills.

• You are pragmatic with strong technical, analytical and organizational skills.

• You are a team player enjoying working collaboratively with people from different countries and backgrounds.

• You have the ambition to grow in our company and the energy to make it happen.

As this is a central, international position, the package and associated benefits will be those of the contract's host country. Our common criterion was to build a comprehensive salary package that stands out in the market.
