We are all led by the same core values and believe in the powerful potential of large companies to have a positive impact on the world.
The expansion of the Supply Chain Department means we are now looking to hire a S&OP Manager EMEA/APAC in Visé (Belgium) and reporting to the Head of Business Planning.
Can you say ‘yes’?...
Are you willing to orchestrate the S&OP across EMEA/APAC, aligning plants, regions and markets into one synchronised plan?
Are you able to translate long‑term strategy into executable master plans?
Can you act as the functional lead for Operational Planners, bridging mid-term S&OP with short-term S&OE?
Are you ready to lead "what-if" scenarios and managing complex supply variables?
As a S&OP Manager, you will lead the Sales and Operations Planning with a holistic view for the EMEA & APAC regions. You will play a critical role in aligning business planning and plant operations with market demand and business objectives. As a S&OP Manager, you will define mid-to-long-term tactics to deliver market demand at the optimal cost-to-serve while maintaining agreed customer service levels.
What you’ll be doing:
Orchestrating Decision-Making:
Leads the S&OP cycle and drives decision-making for scenarios requiring Board-level validation.
Provides alternative supply scenarios to match demand at the most efficient cost-to-serve.
Secures process clarity and visibility to facilitate high-level business decisions.
Strategic / Risk Management:
· Connects long-term and short-term business planning to ensure a seamless transition from strategy to execution.
· Supports risk mitigation by developing supply scenarios based on various demand planning assumptions.
· Develops an agile and flexible market sourcing strategy to react quickly to market shifts.
· Leads the annual supply chain budgeting process, aligning production capacities and projected inventory levels with market demand and financial targets.
S&OP Leadership:
Owns and drives the supply-side S&OP process, aligning supply chain activities with business objectives.
Orchestrates all functions and regions involved in the S&OP process to ensure a synchronized "one-plan" approach.
Actively contributes to the Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) tool and ensures the integrated planning system is leveraged to its full potential.
Developing and Optimising Processes:
Evaluates and reviews the supply chain network (plants and distribution centres) to optimize the "Cost to Serve".
Monitors KPIs including Cost to Serve, OTIF, Inventory Health, and Working Capital.
Defines the optimal inventory policy by product segment and market to secure service levels while optimizing working capital.
Team Collaboration & Functional Leadership
Acts as the functional lead for Operational Planners across the regions.
Supports Operational Planners in resolving complex supply exceptions and bridging the gap between Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE).
Collaborates closely with regional teams to synchronize the S&OP plan with local plants and market realities.
We are interested in you as a person; your attitude, behaviours and values. As long as you have the willingness to learn anything you need for the role that you don't already have, we'd love to speak to you.
What we’d love for you to have:
