The expansion of the Digital Manufacturing Department means we are now looking to recruit new Head of Enterprise Architecture & Business Analysis to be located in Visé, Belgium and reporting to the Digital Manufacturing Director.

As Head Of Architecture & Business Analyst, you'd be leading a team, shaping the digital landscape of Knauf Insulation and ensuring that the organization is equipped with the right tools, processes, and frameworks to achieve its strategic goals.
What you’ll be doing:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy to align IT systems and processes with business objectives.
Define and maintain the target architecture for the organization, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Lead the development of a Business Analysis framework to identify and prioritize business needs, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals.
Oversee the creation and implementation of a robust Data Governance framework, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulations.
Team Leadership:
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Enterprise Architects, Business Analysts, and Data Governance specialists.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team and across departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Business Units, to ensure alignment and integration of digital initiatives.
Operational Excellence:
Drive the adoption of best practices in Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, and Data Governance.
Ensure the successful delivery of digital transformation projects, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor and report on the performance of the Enterprise Architecture and Business Analysis functions, identifying areas for improvement.

A master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CBAP, CDMP) is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, or related fields.
At least 5 years of leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams in a global or matrixed organization.
Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and methodologies.
Strong knowledge of Business Analysis techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Archimate).
Expertise in Data Governance principles, including data quality management, data security, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in Asset Management and CMDB implementation.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align technology initiatives with business goals.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing and driving change.
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
Experience working with ERP systems, cloud platforms, and data analytics tools
Familiarity with digital manufacturing technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts is a strong advantage.
