The expansion of the Controlling Department means we are now looking to recruit a new Finance Analyst in Visé (BE), reporting to our Finance Controller. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for long-term extension.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely data from plant teams. You will lead key projects, support financial closings, and serve as a back-up for controllers, contributing to efficient operations and strategic decisions.
Your focus will be approximately 75% of your time on the Western Europe Region and 25% on the different Plants, with occasional travel required.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with plants to ensure timely delivery of all monthly reporting requirements, including KPIs and comments.
- Under the guidance of the KIWE FP&A Manager, coordinate regional plant inputs for budget and forecast, including Atlas.
- Prepare monthly regional reports for plants (MPR).
- Handle the preparation of monthly reinvoicing between local entities.
- Lead the Working Capital Plant Follow-up project (Tableau), including interrogation of variances with plant controllers.
- Implement plant reporting in Atlas in alignment with central guidelines.
- Manage financial closings and budget preparation for Resulation plant using tools such as Excel, SAP, TM1, and Atlas.
- Act as a back-up for plant and regional controllers when required.

What we’d love for you to have:
- A master degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A first experience in a financial role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, with good communication skills to effectively convey financial information to diverse stakeholders.
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Expertise in Accounting principles and practices.
- Proven controlling expertise, including cost control, financial planning, and performance management.
