We are now looking for one team member to join us in Sales as Technical Sales Representative, reporting to Business & Commercial Manager .

As Technical Sales Representative, you'd be provide intermediaries (installers) with the necessary knowledge about our products related to construction systems, focusing on the use of insulation and primarily gypsum board, and blown-in insulation. Additionally, lead a process of identifying opportunities through direct project promotion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Training and demonstrations: Schedule training actions for clients based on business needs and analysis of identified requirements. Training for new hires in the company (technical onboarding training).
- Promotions: Identify business opportunities for direct promotion on-site (Barcelona and surrounding areas).
- Market research for installers: Conduce market research focused on installers.
- Testing: Testing new products, collaborating on determining improvements and adaptations, ensuring product quality, and preparing documentation with usage recommendations.
- Supafil: Organize training actions for the installer network to enhance product knowledge and minimize incidents. Manage the Supafil Akademie. Search and audit new installers.
What we’d love for you to have:
Education and Background
- Degree in Industrial or Construction Engineering.
- Experience in installation, training in drywall systems, etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, in industry related businesses.
Technical skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Office.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
- Digital mindset with an appetite for technology-driven innovation.
- Familiarity with CRM and Business Intelligence tools (SAP, Salesforce, Tableau/Power BI)
