The expansion of the Strategy Business Department means we are now looking to recruit new Strategy Business Analyst in Visé, Belgium and reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager.

As Strategy Business Analyst, you'd be supporting global investment, M&A, and transformation projects across EMEA and APAC regions. You'd be driving long-term market and financial analyses, valuations, and benchmarking to empower senior management in optimizing the company's strategic growth and value.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct valuations, develop business plan models, and support financial/commercial due diligence for investment and M&A projects.
- Collaborate with internal experts to create financial models, including ROI, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analyses.
- Contribute to cross-functional project discussions (e.g., commercial, technical, legal) to refine financial analyses and project strategies.
- Analyze and implement value-creation improvements, such as cost efficiencies and business plan optimizations, for transformation projects.
- Build and maintain market intelligence tools, update forecasts, and prepare strategic presentations for senior management and the board.
What we’d love for you to have:

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or similar
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Financial Advisory, Corporate M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Business Strategy or Corporate Development.
- Fluent in English, any other language professional proficiency is a strong asset (French and/or German for example)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Show proof of deep financial skills like knowledge about P&L, balance sheet, margins, business valuation and modelling.
- A deep understanding of corporate finance, valuations techniques and financial analysis (modelling, business plan analysis, cost of capital, …).
- Experience in construction, real estate or industrial sector projects is an advantage.
