We are now aiming to strengthen our activities in Italy and are searching for a TechnicalSupport Specialist (m/f/d), reporting to the PA & Technical Marketing Manager, who will support market opportunities and respond effectively with the right solutions to the different stakeholders.

Responsibilities
As TechnicalSupport Specialist, your future main responsibilities will be:

• Back-office technical support to the clients and the sales organization.
• Assist the Technical Specification staff in their day-to-day “field” prescription activities.
• Spontaneous emails to the “specificators” database.
• Support the marketing in the draft of technical documentation (product & certificates benchmarks) and other product lists (calculation softwares; etc).
• Give feedback from the market, pointing out the needs of new solutions to meet clients expectations & requests.

What we`d love for you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• Proven technical support experience (minimum 2-years)
• Ability to discover and define technical requirements and develop the best solutions.
• Experience in the business of insulation solutions in constructions is a plus.
• Knowledge of building physics (thermal insulation, acoustics, passive fire protection) is a must.
• Able to work simultaneously on several requests, assigning to each the correct level of priority.
• A Team player, good communicator with the ability to listen, recognize and understand customer needs.
• Organized, innovative, agile, proactive, inclusive and relationship-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of English language, additional languages considered as a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point, Outlook).
