The expansion of the Engineering Department means we are now looking to recruit new E&I Software Project Manager in Škofja Loka, SLO and reporting to the Head of E&I.

As E&I Software Project Manager, you'd be managing multiple projects simultaneously in a multi-cultural environment and oversee their many aspects such as: feasibility study, scope and budget, equipment technical descriptions, planning, construction and commissioning support, budget controlling and FAT/SAT organization and execution.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering managers to create detailed functional descriptions for projects.
- Develop and establish operational concepts for guiding project execution.
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors to incorporate new technologies into designs.
- Review and compare bids from suppliers to choose the best options for various scopes.
- Ensure documentation accuracy for project stages, including software and manuals.
- Oversee supplier work related to electrical and instrumentation(E&I), ensuring adherence to design and standards.
What we’d love for you to have:

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or any relevant filed of studies, or equivalent by experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in E&I systems
- Fluent in English, any other language proficiency is a plus
- Deep knowledge of:
- Industrial standards
- Philosophy of software configuration of process control
- Instrumentation (such as instrument index-list, I/O-list, ...)
- Siemens Automation S7/1500, TIA
- WINCC
- AutoCAD
- Clearly explain design ideas
- Comfortable writing technical reports
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Willing to travel up to 30% of the time
- Willing to relocate and be based in Slovenia
