We are now looking for another team member to join us in the Central Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Visé (BE), St Helens (UK) or Škofja Loka (SLO).

Your primary focus will be recruiting exceptional talent to meet business needs, while also working on impactful projects to continuously improve our talent acquisition processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, working closely with hiring managers to identify and fulfill recruitment needs.
- Developing candidate attraction strategies tailored to each role, using tools like job boards, social media, database searching, and headhunting.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Supporting hiring managers with insights on market trends, recruitment best practices, and candidate profiling.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (TeamTailor), ensuring job postings are accurate, and tracking recruitment metrics to support reporting.
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with impactful projects, including improving recruitment processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing Knauf's Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Contributing to initiatives such as embedding inclusive hiring practices, developing diverse talent pipelines, and implementing effective candidate assessment tools.
What we’d love for you to have:
- Previous experience in a recruitment role (minimum 8 years), with a proven ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
- Strong skills in sourcing and attracting talent through direct advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other creative methods.
- Deep knowledge and a strong professional network in engineering/technical recruitments, enabling effective hiring within technical domains.
- Experience in coordinating recruitment processes from start to finish, including candidate assessment and feedback.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, organized approach with a passion for delivering results and improving processes.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or any additional European language is a plus.

If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and collaborating with international teams.
- Supporting or leading talent acquisition projects, such as process improvement or employer branding
- Experience or familiarity with project management methodologies is a valuable asset.
- Experience in a broad HR role, encompassing areas such as Learning & Development (L&D), international mobility, or other HR functions, will add value in the collaboration with the Central HR Team
