We are now looking for our Group Talent and Development Manager to lead our Central Talent and Development function and champion our efforts to attract, develop, engage, and retain the best people in our sector.

As a Group Talent & Development Manager, you will have the expertise and the drive to design and implement a global and comprehensive Talent Management strategy, including processes, systems and programs for recruiting, learning, performance management, leadership development, talent and succession planning.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners worldwide to ensure that programs and approaches are scalable across the organization.
The position is based out of our Headquarters in Visé (Belgium) and travel to our locations Europe will also be expected (max 20% of time).
What you’ll be doing:
1. HR Roadmap and strategic projects
- Actively contribute to the Knauf Group HR Roadmap by challenging proposed solutions, ensuring the Knauf Insulation DNA is considered and translating requirements, plan and develop the Knauf Insulation (KI) Talent Management strategy in accordance with the Group direction.
- Responsible for talent analytics, establish KPIs, to evaluate impact and success of talent programs and adjust strategy based on it.
2. Talent & Succession
- Collaborate with HR Business leaders to develop, manage and implement a talent career development framework.
- Work closely with managers and HR Business Leaders to ensure a structured annual talent review cycle is embedded within the organization.
- Build a solid understanding of KI’s strategic plan and business growth needs to define areas of pipelining for Succession Planning
- Define, organize, and facilitate the delivery of leadership development programs.
- Develop a learning and development strategy based on our existing offering and new business needs, in close collaboration with HR Business leaders
- Partner with specialized external vendors to drive effective mentoring, sponsorship and coaching programs.
- Build the recruitment and sourcing strategy and ensure we build strong market knowledge to support the current and future business requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Experts (RPO and recruiter’s community).
- Partner with human resources teams and business leaders to roll out and implement our annual employee engagement strategy and ensure that the results and action plans are integrated and considered in our talent and development programs.
- Ensure all aspects of development and talent management are focused on diversity, equity and inclusion to ensure accessibility to all colleagues and potential candidates.

You also have:
- A Master Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources, talent strategy and organizational development in an international organization.
- Strong experience of a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on ability: ability to translate strategic decisions into actionable and pragmatic programs, direct contribution in the deployment of initiatives on the ground.
- Good knowledge of talent management processes and programs, talent acquisition, competency management, performance management, L&D, succession and leadership.
- Experience in developing programs for talents
- Excellent command of English
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- Experience and accreditation coaching for senior executives.
- Solid experience in online learning and LMS implementation is a plus.
- Project Management and change management experience
