We are currently recruiting a Managing Director for KI (Knauf Insulation) Systems Division.

What you’ll be doing:
As Managing Director of Knauf Insulation Systems Division, your priorities will be to :
- Leading and overseeing the overall international operations and business strategy of Systems Division Region (SD).
- Seeking out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Ensuring the compliance of the operations with legislation and corporate standards and managing the company (employees and processes) towards achieving the KI Systems Division strategy, objectives, and sustainable performance.
- Working in accordance with the organisation's values, business plan and vision.
More specifically, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to Systems Division region, development, and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve set objectives of the region,
- Oversee the overall operations (manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, human resources, communication, etc.), ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to local, international & company policies,
- Is responsible for SD P&L, yearly budgeting process and resource allocation. Collaborate SD management team to achieve financial goals,
- Ensure the best possible conditions for the optimal and safe operation of the organization,
- Develop a positive organizational culture, based on KI values. Promote collaboration and build & maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, having cultural diversity in mind.
- Act as a mentor and lead the development of the SD-management team as direct reports, promoting both personal and professional development and ensuring succession plan is in place for business continuity and growth. Keep involvement in Talent Management process to have the right talent in place. Sponsor the engagement journey of the business.

Manage changes and develop the optimal organisation to achieve strategic objectives, being thoughtful of sustainability and “people, planet, profit”.
- Regularly report to the board of directors on Systems Division performance, key initiatives, and strategy,
- Externally represent the organization, enhancing the reputation and brand in the industry.

We also expect you to take on the general responsibilities of a leader, such as leadership, goal realisation, personal development, sustainable progress, safety mindset, legality/compliance respect.
If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage:
- A minimum of 10 years' equivalent professional experience is required.
- An affinity with the industrial sector is a bonus.
- A background in Natural sciences, Technical studies, Social sciences, other comparable fields.
- Languages: English, but any other language is a plus.
