It will contribute setting-up specific reporting tools and communicating results across the company. It will be responsible for assessing whether KI delivers on the objectives and coordinate corrective actions if needed.
The Circular Economy program covers 3 major aspects:
- Setting up recycling services for construction and demolition waste from our products
- Lowering impacts of our plants: increasing recycled content, zero production waste-to-landfill, more sustainable packaging, lower NOx & SOx emissions (the decarbonization agenda is led by a separate person of the team)
